Terms & Conditions for POP TOPS – £500 Deposit – Berkshire Pop Tops

1. Deposit Payment:
o A non-refundable deposit of £500 is required to secure the supply and fit services for Pop Tops.
o This deposit must be paid upon confirmation of the order.

2. Payment Schedule:
o Upon receipt of the £500 deposit, an invoice will be generated and sent to the customer.
o The customer must pay the cost of materials within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
o The final payment for the services is due upon collection of the completed work.

3. Non-Refundable Deposit:
o The £500 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. This applies to cancellations, changes, or failure to complete subsequent payments.

4. Invoice Generation:
o An invoice detailing the deposit, material costs, and final payment will be generated and sent to the customer once the deposit is received.
o The invoice will include instructions for subsequent payments.

5. Materials Payment:
o The cost of materials as stated in the invoice must be paid in full within 7 days of receipt of the invoice.
o Failure to make the payment for materials within the specified time frame may result in delays or cancellation of the services.

6. Final Payment:
o The remaining balance for the services is due upon collection of the completed work.
o Collection details and instructions will be provided once the final payment is confirmed.

7. Liability:
o Vehicles are left at the owner’s risk while on site.
