Terms & Conditions for Awnings and Heaters – Berkshire Pop Tops
1. Payment Schedule:
o The customer must pay the full price of materials upfront.
o An invoice will be generated for the final payment of labour, which is due upon collection of the completed work.
2. Invoice Generation:
o An invoice detailing the full material costs will be generated and sent to the customer once the order is confirmed.
o A separate invoice for the final payment of labour will be generated upon completion of the work.
3. Materials Payment:
o The full cost of materials as stated in the invoice must be paid upfront.
o Failure to make the payment for materials in a timely manner may result in delays or cancellation of the services.
4. Final Payment:
o The final payment for labour is due upon collection of the completed work.
o Collection details and instructions will be provided once the final payment is confirmed.
5. Liability:
o Vehicles are left at the owner’s risk while on site.
